Planner 1, Planner II or Senior Planner

The Planner roles perform professional land use and municipal planning work, including current and long-range planning, review of zoning and development applications, and implementation of the Comprehensive Plan. Responsibilities scale with experience level, from entry-level planning support to leading complex projects and policy development.

SALARY RANGE:

Planner I: $66,500 – $82,000 plus benefits package 

Planner II: $77,900 – $93,000 plus benefits package 

Senior Planner: $90,600 – $107,500 plus benefits package
