The Director of Human Resources serves as a department head responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources Department and a member of the City’s Leadership Team. Plans, administers, and directs all activities relating to: employee benefits, compensation and classification, organizational development and training, risk management, recruitment and employment, labor/employee relations and collective bargaining.
