Battlement Mesa Metropolitan District is seeking a District Manager with a proven track record for exerting strong leadership while inspiring a culture of collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with staff and board members to solve problems while ensuring the financial stability of the Battlement Mesa Metropolitan District. A compassionate and business minded leader, the District Manager will demonstrate fiscal responsibility, creative revenue generation, and be seen as a leader within the district and with external entities. If you have a passion for public service, a compassionate communication style, and proven fiscal management abilities, this is the role for you.

The position requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a local government manager, assistant manager, or municipal administrator (town, county, state, special district, or other governmental entity) AND a bachelor’s degree (an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered). Prior experience working with a homeowner’s association is preferred.
