  • Larimer County Manager for 18 years
  • Town Administrator in Estes Park for 7 years
  • Served in other roles as a City Forester, County Forester and Natural Resources Director
  • BS- Landscape Horticulture and MBA- Management from Colorado State University
  • Graduate of Rocky Mountain Leadership Program
  • ACCA President 2001-2003
  • Colorado County Administrator of the Year – 2001
  • CCCMA Lifetime Achievement Award – 2019
  • County representative to the Governor’s Broomfield City/County Task Force
  • Alumnus – FEMA Integrated Emergency Management Course Emmetsburg, MD, 2004, 2009, 2011
  • Vice Chair – Cache La Poudre National Heritage Area
