Director of Emergency Management

Seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead with confidence in times of crisis for the Director of Office of Emergency Management. This individual will play a critical leadership role in ensuring public safety, regulatory compliance and disaster readiness across La Plata County. Ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in emergency management, and public safety with excellent organizational, strategic planning and communication skills. Strong knowledge of disaster response frameworks and ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.
